I name it this way as pudding is the common name in the UK (where I live), but it's not only about desserts made out of boiled and steamed puddings, or baked puddings, bread puddings, batter puddings, milk puddings, or even jellies. I also enjoyed learning about biscuits and cakes from different cultures.
