ABOUT ME

My love for homemade bread started as a way to share my bread-making journey with friends and family, and it has since evolved into a community of passionate breadmakers. As a self-taught baker, I am always up for a challenge. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others, and I encourage my readers to experiment with their baking to discover what works best for them and, at times, teach me something I didn't know; thank you for that.

 

Following my wife suggestion I decided to integrate my passions for illustration and photography, in it for you to see and peraphs to buy if you like them enough.
